We invite landlords for lunch or afternoon tea to our head office in Mayfair, to discuss the sale or rental of their properties. In return for a sole agency, we guarantee to rent their property within 30 days, failing which, we will pay them one month's rent as compensation. We will offer properties for sale to our UK and international clients.
